QBSA Gold Card number 1028334. We are also very strict in ensuring that all sub-contractors that we employ are Gold Card holders. Question: Are your Building Supervisors of a high standard? Answer: Yes. We believe that we have two of the best plus, with the company director also watching over your new home being built, your can be assured it is in the best of hands. Answer: Yes Question: We have heard that a lot of builders use the soil test to make up any short falls in their quote. What is your policy on this? Answer: We prefer to have the soil test carried out before we enter into any agreement. That way you can feel confident that we have not been deceitful in our initial quote or estimation on the results of your soil test. Question: Is BMW Homes the actual builder or do you act for a group of contractors? Answer: We are the builders. We are not a marketing agency. Question: Do we ever get to meet the actual builder? Answer: Yes. This can be arranged at anytime suitable to yourself. Question: If I want something included in my home that is not in the standard inclusions will you get it for me? Answer: Yes. If it is possible! It is your home. We want you to be happy and comfortable. Question: If we decide to proceed with you, what initial investment are we required to make? Answer: 5% of the contract is standard. However under various circumstances this may be reduced. This question is best answered directly with you on an individual basis.
