BMW Homes is a locally owned, operated and debt free company. We are committed to building high quality homes for our clients whether you are a first home buyer, an investor or seeking a multi million dollar home.

Two principles, a quality of construction and customer service, are what the whole BMW Homes team are dedicated to. A new home is a large investment and, for most, the biggest investment they will make in their lifetime. Building shouldn't be a dreaded word, which causes pain and anguish, because of problems created by less committed and inexperienced builders. BMW Homes has a proven reputation and provides a service which, we believe, is second to none.

From our highly experienced sales team to our on-site construction crew, every facet of the process is overseen by the company director. The finished product is a home that has been built within a friendly and trouble free atmosphere and to a very professional quality.

The company is made up of a company director, a highly qualified and motivated design and sales team, friendly office staff and qualified experienced licensed on-site tradespeople. BMW Homes is a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and the Master Builders Association and is also a licensed Gold Cardholder (Lic. number 1028334). The director, Brad Wimpenny is also a Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) Gold Card license holder in his own right. Our trades people are Gold Card license holders and are hand picked to provide the highest quality of workmanship to each home. This will give the owner a firm base in respect of the dependability on the construction of their new home.
