HIA fixed price contract All our contracts are at a fixed price and are paid in six stages through the construction period. When Does Construction Start: Once the full 5% deposit has been paid and plans have come out of council construction of your home can be scheduled in to start. The actual start date will vary from job to job, but normally with-in approximately 4 weeks of the plans coming out of council and received at our office, work will commence on site. The internal administration starts as soon as it comes out of council. Making Of Payments: When BMW Homes Pty Ltd has completed the works required to meet each progress payment stage, an invoice will be sent to the client. Invoices are to be signed by all parties and sent to the finance company/Broker/Whom ever is required to pay payments so that payment can be made. It is up to the client to make sure the payment has been paid as per the contract to BMW Homes Pty Ltd. Delays in payment may result in delays in construction as per the contract.
